Aubrey played her first season of volleyball this fall. She absolutely loved it!! She played through the YMCA with a bunch of girls from Paramount. Her friend Avery's mom was the coach. And somehow I got talked into being the assistant coach....which basically consisted of going to the practices and helping wherever the coach told me to. It was fun, though. Aubrey did really well. I think she may have found a new sport she loves.
A month or two into school, Aubrey was chosen by a group of teachers to be in the 5th grade Student Council. She was so excited! And I was so excited for her! She was put into a class "without any friends" and was feeling a little sad about the start of the school year. I think this really helped. Plus, they get to do a lot of fun things that keep her involved at school. So proud of her!
