Carson also played on the same Rush Select team as in the fall. Brian was his coach again, also. It was a great season! Carson worked hard and continued to improve. He and Brian seemed to figure out some of their coach/player/father/son issues and I think there were less fits from Carson at practices. We do think, however, that Cars might do better with a coach that isn't his dad. But when Brian told him he wasn't going to coach next year, and he found out that Aubrey is "taking the year off," he also decided he wanted to take a break. So next year could be very different for us! I am actually quite sad that Carson won't be playing, but I think a break will be good. And I think he has enough skills that if he takes a year off and then wants to go back, he could. I guess we'll see! But his team had a great season, and he is SO fun to watch!
