Ok, we squeezed in a few more fun things before the real grind of the school year started.
First off, I seriously wanted to take a picture of Charlotte every morning the first two weeks of school in all her darling new "school clothes!" I resisted, mostly.
One evening that first week of school (bad timing) we had tickets to the I Love the 90's Tour!! Brian got tickets for his birthday from my mom. We were so excited. We had talked a whole group of friends into coming with us. It was awesome!! All these "old" groups.....Vanilla Ice, Salt-N-Pepa (my personal fave), Color Me Badd, Tone Loc, Young MC, and Rob Base. I mean, c'mon!!
Then we snuck in a few last swimming days/nights, a trip to the mall with Bennett, one last backyard campout with the Thompsons, and for Labor Day weekend we even snuck back up to the Seeger's cabin to hit the Terrace Lakes hot springs (SO fun) and the Dirty Shame for drinks and tots!
