Carson brought home this writing page from school about how excited he was to float the river this summer with his cousins. Well, we never quite made it. So we had a free Sunday and decided to take our family and just do it. And I'm so glad we did! We packed up some candy and snacks, loaded up a raft, and hit the water. We had a ton of fun! It was the perfect weather, and the kids loved the "rapids." We only had one minor incident where Charlotte and I ended up in the trees (and apparently Brian decided to take pictures instead of row us out)! But it was a really fun day.
