Two of the most looked-forward-to days of the cousin visit are Wahooz and Roaring Springs! And they did not disappoint!
Carson was super excited to be tall enough to drive the bumper boats all by himself. He did, however, have to be rescued by a worker as he couldn't quite steer the boat back to the dock (you may remember a very similar picture of Aubrey at age 4). Aubrey and Ella were both tall enough to drive their own small race cars! They had lots of fun, but were both a little nervous at first. Such a fun, crazy day. I was very glad to have the Charlotte nap excuse for leaving early.....my ears were ringing the rest of the day!
A day or so later, we hit Roaring Springs! It was our first visit of the summer. We actually went twice while the cousins were here. Aubrey officially graduated from the kiddie slides! :( I was really wondering if she was going to dare do all the big rides. She was a little nervous at first, but she rode those slides like a champ! I think she tried almost all of them....even two and three times on some (including the Avalanche)! Carson could even do the "family ride" this year. He went two or three times, mostly willingly. Good times!
