Aubrey and Carson were super excited to try tubing this year! We went pretty slow....but they both had a lot of fun! After the kids had their turns, I thought Brian should get a turn alone. The driver (Brian's parents' friend David) did some good work throwing him around the lake on the tube. When he finally went flying I was laughing pretty hard, until I looked over at Carson who had a horrified look on his face and then started bawling!! I guess he didn't realize that was the goal end-result. It was kinda sweet. As you can see, the tubing wasn't that exciting for Brooklyn!
Then a couple days later, a friend of Brian's let us take out his pontoon boat. We went around to the other side of the lake and saw some of it that we've never seen before (at least the kids and me). That lake is HUGE! So pretty too. It was a really fun afternoon. And after we got off the boat, Carson apparently had to pee pretty badly. Brian told him to go find a bush. Before I knew it, he had stripped nude and was peeing in a bush....about 1 foot from the road. Nice.
Grandma Lyn had to go back to work a few days after we got there....bummer! But Grandpa Tom was able to be off all week to play! Although the kids love all the fun things we get to do in Sandpoint when we go up, seeing and spending time with Grandma and Grandpa is top on the list!
