The day of her birthday she got to take cupcakes into school. Her teacher pretty much ignores the "no sugary" treats for birthdays and lets the kids bring whatever they want. We made these delicious peanut butter chocolate cupcakes. YUM!
Then she opened her presents that night. While she was opening a present with some clothes, Brian started calling her new phone which we had hidden in the room. Right when it started ringing the look of confusion quickly turned to excitement as she realized what this meant. Her own phone!!! Lord help us. Then we had Death-by-Chocolate for birthday dessert. A fun day!
