Our last day in Hawaii!! We wanted to take one more trip up north, since the only day we had been there was our hiking day. Princeville is a super cool little town. We saw some sights and checked out a few cool beaches. Unfortunately, the waves were too big to do any snorkeling like we'd planned. So after hanging for a bit, we headed back to our resort...with a quick stop for some lunch and drinks. Then we lounged by the pool for one last time, and Brian and I checked out a tattoo shop. We had thought about possibly getting tattoos while we were there, and decided to just do it! Our flight wasn't until 9:45 that night, so after some dinner (one last time at Tiki Tacos!) we got our tattoos and then headed to the airport! The "red eye" flight home was pretty brutal, especially since we had two different stops in California. But we made it home by about noon the next day.
We had such an awesome time! So thankful to my mom for watching our kids for the week! And so thankful for a fun husband and great friends that made it so amazing!! We're already trying to plan a trip back....
