This spring Aubrey's 4th grade took a field trip to the state capitol building and the old penitentiary. I got to go along as a chaperone (I even got to ride the bus and everything)! It actually ended up being a fun day, and I have to admit I hadn't ever been in the capitol building before! I was glad I got to go, and I think Aubrey had fun.
