We celebrated Scott and Jenn's last day in Sandpoint with a party at the cabin! We invited the McLaughlin Family over...we missed them on our trip up last summer, so it was really fun to see them. And of course Grandma and Grandpa. It was another beautiful day to swim and play at the cabin. The kids (mostly the older girls) enjoyed lots of crazy jumps off the high dive, we made s'mores, and had a super fun time!
The next day, we hooked up with Nathan and he took us out on his awesome pontoon boat, Soggy Bottom. No crazy storm this year, just a fun ride around the lake and a trip over to a different beach to explore. His wife Jamie and their daughter Ivy didn't come on this trip, but they came and played one night at the cabin (although no pics of that). It's fun to see friends that you only see once a year and catch up! And you may notice in some of the pictures that it started to get really smokey from some fires close by. There were a couple days that looked really smoggy....yuck.
