Christmas Day!

Christmas morning!!!  It seems like it's months of planning, hundreds of dollars, and a TON of anticipation all for one morning!  So I really try to soak it in.  Aubrey and Carson came down to our room at 7:01, we went in and woke up Charlotte, then all headed out to see what had happened during the night!!  The next couple hours are a blur of present opening, excited squeals, playing, hugs, thank-yous, and more playing!!  I LOVE Christmas morning!

After most of the presents were opened, Aubrey was seeming a little underwhelmed by her presents from us....mostly clothes while the other two were opening more toys and fun things!  Then we found one more present under the tree for Aubrey.....

(She was beyond excited for her new Kindle Fire!!)

We took a quick break to sing Happy Birthday to Jesus and eat our Christmas breakfast and sticky buns!

Then back to PLAYING!!!

I was soooo excited for these "under-roos!!"  I've discovered that you have to be kinda old to remember under-roos, but both Brian and I loved our superhero under-roos as kids. Aubrey was not too excited to be getting her picture taken in her underwear....guess she's too mature for that now.... :(

 


After a super fun morning, we headed over to Grandma's house about 1:00.  We ate lots of yummy food, got to all talk to Uncle Masen calling from California, opened MORE presents, played more Left, Right, Center, and ate more food!!  Such a fun, fun day. 

Present highlights:
Aubrey = Kindle Fire & case, Rainbow loom bracelet set and carrier, Harry Potter shirt and a golden snitch necklace, new pjs, robe, and clothes.
Carson = Beyblades, Beyblade arena, Beyblade suitcase, remote control robot (asks for one every year!), a REAL football and helmet, new pjs, robe, and clothes.
Charlotte = Princess Barbies, Elsa doll, Frozen characters, pop-up tent, Doodle Bear, new pjs, robe, and clothes.
