I absolutely LOVE Christmas morning. The kids getting up early and all of us heading out sleepy-eyed to be surprised by Santa and to excitedly open presents! It took a while to open all the presents....they were so excited by every little thing! It's so awesome. After a good hour or two, we stopped to eat breakfast. Then it's hours of PLAYING!! Testing out all the new toys and games and just having fun. Brian and I get a few quiet minutes to enjoy our coffee and before we know it, it's lunch time. I love it so much.
After enjoying our morning, we headed over to my mom's to see everyone, have some delicious food, and open more presents!! My picture-taking steam seriously wears out as the day goes on, but I did make my mom take a picture or two with us. And Brian and I noticed we were wearing matching plaid shirts....so cute.
But what a great day spent having fun and enjoying each other. We all got to talk to Masen when he called that evening too. Another great Christmas in the books!!
