We took advantage of one last summer weekend and went camping! We hit the road and went up to Ponderosa State Park up in McCall for one last hurrah. We borrowed Chris and Donna's tent trailer (SO nice). We had a great time. It's so pretty up there! It was just a quiet, relaxing, fun little family weekend before the craziness of the school year began.
We packed it in too. We went hiking, swimming, fishing, exploring. We made yummy camp food and enjoyed s'mores and hot chocolate around the fire. The kids made some camping friends, and we got to have some time with just us. Perfect way to end the summer!!
