It seems like there's no time for Christmas baking anymore! Other than our pretzels, we haven't done much the last year or two. But we put Christmas cookies on our "12 days of Christmas" calendar so we'd at least do those. Of course the kids wanted to make sugar cookies. So, we mixed up the dough, rolled it, cut it, baked it, and (the best part) decorated it!! They had a blast, and they each got to pick their favorite to leave out for Santa!
Also on our 12 Days of Christmas calendar was getting hot chocolate! Yummmm.....
