It was looking like the pumpkin patch might not happen this year! We left it to the last minute, and then discovered they're not open on Sundays (I think the same thing happened last year....). But, with a last-minute decision to go on a Tuesday night, we made it happen! And so glad we did. The kids had an absolute blast! And as a bonus, it turns out the pumpkin patch is much less busy on weeknights!
We convinced Carson to try the "jumping pillow" this year (didn't last long), Aubrey and Carson tested their aim with the pumpkin cannon, they all played in the playground, we watched the pig races (Aubrey was even chosen as a volunteer to help cheer on one of the pigs....she thought that was SO cool), the kids rode the little cow train (I'm afraid this might be the last year we can convince A and C to go along with this), Aubrey was brave enough to go inside The Creature (and was laughing hysterically when they came out....I guess it wasn't too scary), we went on a hayride, and picked out the perfect pumpkins! A success! It was too dark and late to do the corn maze this year, but I don't think it was too sorely missed. A super fun Tuesday night!

We learned this lesson the hard way this year! Week night for sure next year...I love the pictures. You got some great ones of the kids.
