Aubrey and Carson both played for Idaho Elite basketball club this season. We decided to let them go up to club teams after realizing that they both really love basketball and would love to play a way longer season. It was a great experience! They both absolutely loved it, and were even sad to end their four month-long season!
Carson played on the 3rd grade blue team. He loved his coaches and the boys on the team. He never once complained about going to practice (which is saying a lot)! He learned a ton, and is already looking forward to next season!
Aubrey played for the only 5th grade girls team. Our neighbor Amy was her coach again (same as her YMCA team). It was a HUGE jump in the level of play from what the girls were used to! They lost a lot of games, but learned a lot. They had some success and really grew as a team. Aubrey loves Amy as her coach and the girls on the team. She is also counting down the months until next basketball season!
