Everybody was out of school the first Thursday and Friday of October for teacher work days. We had a couple fun days of just hanging out and then we went to the zoo with Grandma, Mary, and Bennett. It was Bennett's first trip to the zoo....I'm not sure if he was real impressed? My children had a blast though! And even sweet-talked Grandma into buying them a stuffed animal from the gift shop (the highlight)! Super fun! (And as a bonus we had the weekend off from soccer!)
