Charlotte has been watching Aubrey and Carson play soccer since she was born....getting dragged to all their practices and games. So this year, it was finally her turn to play! She was so excited! She talked about it for weeks, and got up the morning of her first game ready to go!
Three-year-old soccer is really quite hilarious. They mostly don't have a clue what they're doing....its just kids running around, sometimes kicking the ball, sometimes crying. Charlotte's team was no different. I think it was a little more aggressive than she anticipated. So she mainly just trotted around the field and would sometimes try and kick the ball if it came in her general vicinity. Or not. After the first several games, she lost some steam and didn't want to play much. She wanted Brian (or one game, Colbie) to hold her hand and stay out there with her. But she finished the season, and I think enjoyed it!? I'm not sure she'll be playing in the Spring.... But again, look at how darling she is. I mean, come on!!
