Here we are with the out-of-town crew.....
And my amazing Grandma also came for one of the weekends.
So here goes.....
First up, a day of bowling!
(And don't forget the kids actual favorite part of bowling.....the arcade games and candy machines!)

I should mention, I discovered that carrying a baby and a giant camera to take high quality pictures was nearly impossible.......so my iPhone did most of the picture taking this year......
Next we're on to Wahooz!! This is definitely one of the most looked forward to days of the cousin visit. Carson was so excited this year because he's tall enough to be a passenger in the bumper boats and race cars! However, I think he might be just as happy to "play" the games all day!
They were both in awe of (and afraid to stand by) the life-size "real" storm troopers! Aubrey actually played the lazer tag this year and said it was her favorite part!
Eagle Island Park......
The water is SO disgusting, but it's nice and shallow and the kids always have a blast there!

My mom (aka Grandma) got to come home from the hospital in SLC one weekend (and actually Mary made it home a week or so later too)......the kids were VERY excited to see them!!

The welcoming band....

These two were BFFs again this year. They just play, and play, and play.....Aubrey is still missing her cousin Ella.

Then a night or two later we hosted a SLEEPOVER! This year Ruby was invited too. That room was packed with four children, but they had so much fun. Definitely a highlight.

Ruby and Carson were so cute together this year! They hung a little last year, but this time they were just off playing and having fun all day. It helps that Ruby is so easy going and just kind of let Carson run the show.....he really liked that.

One of the best parts about a sleepover is playing the next day in pjs!
The delicious soup they made....

Grandma's tub is another highlight of the cousin visit.....LOTS of cousin baths!!

Next up, Roaring Springs!! This was actually our only visit to Roaring Springs this year.....Charlotte was not a huge fan, but the older kids had a ton of fun! And we realized that this would be Aubrey and Ella's last year on the kiddy slides!

A night out at the Boise Hawks baseball game. You can see we had awesome seats....

Next exciting day in Boise was at the Discovery Center!

Terrible picture, but I had to get a shot of how Charlotte spent much of the 5 weeks! She was such a good baby.....got dragged all over town!

And the favorite part of the Discovery Center......the pretend store!

I so wish I had gotten a better picture of Aubrey and Ella's new favorite thing.....putting on make-up!! Wow, there were some interesting looks going on....

And of course a trip to the ZOO!

We even got to see some of the C. Jensen cousins play soccer....

Then after the Carlsons left, we got to spend another week with the B. Jensen cousins Bryce and Blaine. I was curious to see how Carson would get along with B and B this year. They are so funny.....they love to play together, but with 3 boys and 1 bossy sister there's lots of aggression too! I'm going to love watching them grow up together!
While my mom, my grandma, and Aunt Susan were here we planned a Girl's Night Out and a Boy's Night Out. The BNO consisted of the driving range, dinner at Merrits (greasy cafe), and Kung Fu Panda 2. The GNO consisted of hair and nails for the younger girls, shopping at the mall, and dinner at Cheesecake Factory. FUN!
(Brian apparently took no pictures, so you'll only see the GNO.)
