The grandparents offered to hang with the kids one evening while the parents got a night out! We had a ton of fun together. It's been years since we've all been together. Everybody talked and laughed and drank too much and bought matching shirts. Good times!
The next day, after a good sleep in, Stephanie rented a boat for everyone to enjoy. The kids were SO excited! Everybody loved it. The kids (and some brave adults) tubed...which is always so fun to watch! By the end of the day, Aubrey and Carson were getting pulled pretty fast and furious! They loved it. They also both wanted to try wake boarding. Neither of them actually made it up, but they were glad they tried and have hopes of trying again next year. Brian also got to show his stuff, and all the kids were very impressed. Another super fun day!
