March was our turn to host our dinner group. We went with the "Inappropriate Children's Birthday Party" theme. I think we may have had more fun planning than the actual party...so many inappropriate ideas! :) We all dressed as our favorite princess or super hero and played Battle Shots, musical chairs (to inappropriate music), No Shame Charades (wow), basketball H.O.R.S.E. (except not horse...), and had a "Heavy Petting Zoo." We served pizza, hot dogs, carrots and ranch, pretzels, and even had a princess birthday cake (thanks Beth)! It was a super fun night and Brian's costume was a definite highlight..
Charlotte and I have a play group that meets every Friday morning. We rotate turns at each house. I made a comment to Aubrey and Carson one Friday that we would be hosting the playdate and so to make sure their things were put away. All of a sudden I hear them screaming, "Playdate alert! Playdate alert!" After they left for school I noticed the signs they had posted all over their room!!
And the last picture is of me out for drinks with my friends Beth and Shana. Shana was diagnosed with breast cancer a while back and has been going through chemo like a champ!! We've tried to meet for drinks a couple nights before each of her chemo appointments, and I'm happy to report that we had our last "chemo drinks" night out a couple weeks ago!! Way to go, Shana!

Back when I had hair!!!! :-) When it really starts growing we'll need to celebrate with another round of drinks I think!
