St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's Day was on a Friday this year.  We started the morning off with some green eggs and Lucky Charms that were left to us by the tricky leprechaun that sprung Charlotte's trap!  He also dyed the milk green and trashed the bathrooms!  He did leave her some gold coins, however.

It was a super nice day, and Charlotte and went and played with some friends at the Village that afternoon.  Then after school, we all loaded up and went up to the Seeger's cabin for the weekend!  This was the first time anyone had been up since the emergency evacuation at New Year's.  Minus a few casualties, things looked pretty good.  Zack got a couple slack lines and a zip line for Christmas, so the kids had a blast playing on those.  Charlotte had one ride that ended in a pretty good crash, but other than that, it was awesome!

We headed home Sunday....to start the week off with Carson's lacrosse game and Aubrey's 5th grade research project presentation and orthodontist appointment to get her palate expander!  She sounded pretty funny for a week or two...
